If you’ve ever been a fan of going on long trips with family or friends then you might’ve brought along with you a pair of earbuds. Now for some, this is a weird situation because you’re on a trip, enjoying the view and not listening to the music. However, at night times there isn’t much to see out of the car. That’s why some of you bring a pair of Apple AirPods or Samsung Galaxy buds, both of which are amazing choices.
However, many Samsung buds users that I know have asked me one particular question, “Should we take these earbuds on a long trip?” They don’t normally feel comfortable taking such an expensive audio device to places where they can be easily lost. Plus, there are a number of other factors that one must keep under consideration when picking a good earbud for trips. I’m going to go over all of these factors and much more so hang tight. Therefore, here are the topics that I’ll be going over one at a time.
- 3 important aspects of Samsung Galaxy buds
- Should you take them on long trips
With that said, let’s start by going over the important aspects of Samsung buds which can either make or break a good trip.
3 Important Aspects of Samsung Galaxy Buds
I’m going to start by saying that I personally love Samsung Galaxy buds. I’ve been using them ever since they first came out. The immersion and sound quality that they provide are truly amazing and one of the best I’ve ever heard. I’ll even go so far as saying (mind my controversial opinion😅) they’re somewhat better than Apple AirPods.
Before you grab your pitchforks, listen to what I have to say. I’m not talking about the Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Generation, they’re in a completely different league. I’m talking about the base versions of the AirPods. A few months back I bought a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and the sound quality that I experienced is truly one of the best I’ve ever heard.
I even took them on an office trip that I had in January. During the night time when everyone was sleeping, I took them out and started listening to music. There are few things that I notice about them that I feel compelled to share with all the Samsung buds users and those as well who are planning to buy a pair. Here are the 3 important aspects of Samsung earbuds that need to work perfectly for the trip.
The Sound Quality and ANC
The first and most important thing that a Samsung Galaxy bud must have is good sound quality. This is the main reason why you buy such an expensive earbud in the first place. If you feel that the sound coming from the buds is choppy or there is something weird with the audio then it’s nothing but a waste of money.
Another thing that the buds must have is good active noise cancellation (or ANC for short). At night when you’ll most likely take the wireless earbuds out is a time when everything is mostly quiet except the moving vehicle. So, you don’t want to listen to music while there is background noise coming through the buds.
Luckily, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro that I got from Wise Market has both the best sound quality and the best active noise cancellation tech that you’ll see on the market. I enjoyed all my favorite music lists with complete immersion with amazing audio quality.
Should Be Easy to Locate If Got Lost
Every now and then, we’ve lost our earbuds but in most cases, they’re easily findable. However, losing one on a long trip where you have to keep track of each and every thing on hand can be difficult. Now when you consider the size of Samsung Galaxy buds then it goes without saying that they can be easily lost in the sea of things.
Luckily, I also own a used Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G that works perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. One thing that I noticed while using both of the devices is that I can track the buds if I’ve misplaced them somewhere. So don’t go buying a new pair of earbuds just yet😅.
Must Have a Good Battery Capacity
The last thing that I want to talk about is how much charge the Samsung Galaxy buds can hold when only charged once. You’re not going to find a charging port at every corner on your trip so need to make sure that all of your devices including the buds have good battery capacity.
There have been a few times when my Samsung buds died on me during trips but that’s all a thing of the past due to Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. They have an amazing battery timing of 3-4 hours which will be more than enough for a road trip because you won’t be using them that often.
Should You Take Them on Long Trips
Now, if we consider all of the facts that I mentioned above, the next natural question to ask yourself is “Should you take them on a long trip?” My answer to this question is “Sure! Why not?” I mean it tricks all the necessary checkboxes, so why won’t I take them?
If you’re too worried that your Samsung buds will be lost in a sea of things, then might I suggest you invest in a small case for your earbuds that have some sort of hook on one end. You can attach it to some secure place on yourself and then you won’t lose them.
In order to buy all the smart devices I mentioned above, I recommend that you check out Wise Market Pakistan, since they offer tons of great accessories. You check them out because they have some of the best prices you’ll see.
