On October 21, 2018, Raulian Paiva and his girlfriend Tieli Alves were leaving a party in their hometown on a motorcycle when they were intentionally struck by a truck. The accident killed both of them instantly. Paiva was only 26 years old and had just started his own company. Tieli was also 26 years old and worked as a web designer. They had no children and their family is devastated by their death.
